Marie Fedorov is the Director of Fedorov Lawyers and Family Mediation Station.
Marie brings to the firm an innovative way of thinking especially when it comes to family and relationship law. With training in collaborative law, Marie offers a unique approach to family law matters focusing on out of Court resolution to stop the heartache so that her clients can move on with their lives.
Marie also has extensive experience appearing in both children’s and property proceedings in the Federal Circuit Court and the Family Court as well as assisting people through the Domestic Violence Specialty Court process.
Marie has completed a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Biological Sciences in Sydney, the Master of Applied Law (Family Law) at the College of Law and is trained in Collaborative Law.
Marie is a great listener and treats her Client’s legal problems with the same care and energy as she would her own. Combined with a friendly, courteous nature and an intuitive attention to detail, Marie is not only dedicated to understanding Client’s needs but is also dedicated to providing professional advice to Clients in a timely and cost effective fashion. Senior Family Lawyer
Natasha completed a Bachelor of Laws, graduating with Honours from Bond University in 2010. Since that time Natasha has worked exclusively in family law. Prior to commencing at Fedorov Lawyers, Natasha worked for six years at another specialist family law firm on the Gold Coast.
Natasha assists Clients with all aspects of family law including Financial Agreements, property settlement, divorce and parenting cases. She has a particular interest in alternate dispute resolution which can often achieve a more efficient, discreet and harmonious resolution for Clients.
Natasha has developed a great working relationship with many professionals including Accountants, Valuers, Financial Planners, Family Report Writers, other Lawyers and Counsel to ensure her Clients receive the best advice and guidance they need.
Natasha is also a member of a number of professional organisations including the Queensland Law Society, Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland, Law Council of Australia and the Gold Coast District Law Association.
In her spare time, Natasha enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling.
Family Lawyer and Domestic Violence Expert
Michael was born and raised in a small town in the north-eastern region of Veneto, Italy to an Italian father and an Iranian mother, as such he is fluent in both Italian and English and has basic knowledge of Farsi (Iranian). He moved to the Gold Coast in 2007 to undertake his Tertiary education studies in law at Bond University. He graduated in December 2011 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). He is presently a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association (FLPA).
Michael has been practising extensively in the area of Family Law since his admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland in October 2012 and joined Fedorov Lawyers in May 2016. During the course of his career he has been exposed to a variety of matters, both children and property, acting on behalf of Clients from all sorts of socio-economic backgrounds, ethnicity, race and religion and worked on a wide variety of matters from challenging parenting and domestic violence matters to complex property settlements.
Having worked at a highly-reputable and specialised family law boutique firm previously, Michael has acquired the technical skills and knowledge to guide you through any steps of your matter at whatever stage of the process. Michael is a competent and capable advocate with experience appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Courts, as well as in the State Courts on domestic violence matters. Michael also has a passion for alternate dispute resolution methods and can assist you if you intend or are required to attend Mediations or other forms of dispute resolution.
In his spare time Michael loves spending time with his family and playing soccer. He is also an active volunteer in the community, taking part in community-building activities and programs on weekends.
Family Lawyer and Domestic Violence Expert
Nathan previously worked for a large Brisbane CBD based firm however moved to the Gold Coast as he grew up here and prefers the personal touch a boutique firms offers their Clients.
Nathan studied a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business at Griffith University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2011, admitted to the High Court of Australia in 2013 and is a current member of the Queensland Law Society.
Nathan has experience advising Clients on both parenting and property matters, divorce and consent orders in addition to appearing for Clients at mediations, conciliation conferences and in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia at all levels.
In addition to his family law experience Nathan brings with him a passion for advocating for the victims of Domestic Violence and can regularly be found at the newly formed Domestic Violence Court at Southport as Duty Lawyer.
Outside of work Nathan enjoys camping, 4W driving and catching up with family and friends.
Larry has over 25 years experience in Commercial Law, Property Law, Estate Planning and Deceased Estates. He joined Fedorov Lawyers in July 2013.

Kristy completed her Bachelor of Laws at QUT and has over 10 years experience in Commercial Law, Property Law, Estate Planning and Deceased Estates with the majority of this time spent practising on the Southern end of the Gold Coast. She joined Fedorov Lawyers in 2017.

Maria is the Practice Manager at Fedorov Lawyers. She has worked in the legal industry for over thirty-five years for firms in Auckland, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. These firms have ranged from small boutique firms to large international law firms with offices throughout Australia and Asia.
After work and on the weekends Maria enjoys swimming, playing and umpiring netball.
Julie comes to our firm from Newcastle in New South Wales. Julie began her career in 1982 as a junior for a law firm. She brings with her more than 30 years of paralegal, secretarial and administrative experience in the areas of Family Law, New South Wales Personal Injury, Wills, Estate matters, Strata Title and criminal matters.
In 1990 Julie spent a year working at Kings College in London in Post Graduate administration.
Julie is the Personal Assistant to Marie Fedorov, Natasha Orr and Nathan Farr.
Julie has been a volunteer firefighter with the New South Wales Rural Fire Service for the last 20 years. In her spare time, she enjoys boating through the canals of the beautiful Gold Coast, walking on the beach and generally enjoying the outdoors, exploring her new surroundings.
Michelle moved from Ireland to the Gold Coast with her family in 2006. She has worked with both Solicitors and Barristers for over 20 years. She has an extensive knowledge in the areas of Wills and Estates, Conveyancing, Property and Family Law. Michelle has a particular interest in Succession Law.
Michelle is a Commissioner for Declarations. In her spare time, Michelle likes to spend time with family and friends, upcycle old furniture, travel and attend live music venues, in particular Blues music.
Deborah comes to the firm from the Sunshine Coast and brings with her more than 20 years of secretarial and administration experience in the profession. She has extensive knowledge in the areas of conveyancing, commercial and property law, wills, deceased estate matters, leasing and is Larry Wilson’s Assistant.
Deborah began her career as a receptionist for a law firm in the 1970’s in Maroochydore and has gained a wealth of knowledge in general in most areas of law. In her spare time, Deborah enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, exploring new places and keeping fit.
Erin is our Law Clerk at Fedorov Lawyers. She is young, ready and passionate about law and is currently studying her Bachelor of Laws at Bond University. After spending her first year out of school working and travelling she is ready to see what the law industry has to offer for her future.
Erin spends her own time down at the beach, out with friends and playing netball.
Annette is our Receptionist at Fedorov Lawyers and has lived on the Gold Coast for over 20 years. She has previously worked in the legal field as a Receptionist and Secretary in Sydney. Most recently she has worked in her family business. On weekends Annette enjoys spending time with her 3 children, catching up for a coffee and chat with friends, walking, swimming and relaxing at the beach
